The Gal Pal Garment Deodorant Remover became a vision in Shannon Larkin's eye back in late 2001. After being frustrated with always taking her clothes with deodorant marks directly to the dry cleaner (often without ever getting to wear them out) the idea came to her one day. Early one evening, while getting ready for an important dinner, she found herself only several hours away from the dinner and in a sea of beautiful dresses at a local boutique. When she finally found the perfect dress she realized it had deodorant marks along the sides of it and there was not another one in her size. She needed a solution that was permanent and quick so she used her resources and the Gal Pal Garment Deodorant Remover became a reality.
