How do I find my product?

To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menu on the left of our website or (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

How do I checkout?

Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy. You may always view the items you have added to your cart by clicking the "View Cart" link at the top of any page.

Once you are viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the "Qty" field, and then by clicking "Recalculate" after all quantity adjustments have been made.

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" (if unregistered) or "Login & Checkout" (if registered) hyperlink located in your shopping cart. If you have an account established simply login to your account and arrange for payment. If you do not have an account, simply click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button and fill in the required billing, shipping, and credit card information. Please note that you will have the opportunity to create an account at this step.

Based on the contracts and relationships we have with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

Item availability

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

How do I use a coupon?

After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.

Which credit cards do you accept?

Red Square accepts the following credit cards originating from the United States: Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Red Square currently does not accept checks, cash, or money orders.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is charged only to states where Red Square has a physical presence. Currently this is only Florida.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

How do I create an account?

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Guidelines

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. Red Square will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability.

We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Domestic shipping costs

Red Square offers FREE UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $50.00 shipped within the 48 contiguous states. All orders under $50.00 shipped within the 48 contiguous states will be charged a flat $7.95 rate for shipping and handling (UPS Ground). All orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged a flat $15.95 rate for shippping and handling (UPS Ground). Please note that all orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges on all REGULAR priced items are accepted. Items MUST HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags and/or original packaging must be attached. Exchanges and returns are accepted by mail within 21 business days of receipt of purchase. Please follow the return/exchange instructions included with your package. Please note: All current SALE items are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on any of these items. We do not refund shipping and handling charges unless it is our error.

Personalized items, special orders, jewelry, lingerie, & hosiery are not returnable/exchangeable & all sales of this merchandise are final.

How do I make a return/exchange?

Simply follow the instructions included with your package. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Include the completed form with your return/exchange, and send insured to the address below. (We recommend that you insure the return packages to Red Square. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received at Red Square, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Red Square.
